Fazah Privacy Policy

“Fazah” is the new name of the “For You — 4U” app.

Introduction

At Fazah we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the Fazah app collects, and how it is used and protected when you browse stores, place orders, and receive deliveries.

You can browse stores and products as a guest without signing in. We only request personal data when you take an action that requires an account (such as placing an order).

Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

Phone number: to create and verify your account via a one-time code (OTP).
Name: to display on your orders and account.
Location and address: to find the store serving your area and deliver your order.
Order data: your purchase details and status to provide the service and track orders.
Device token: to send order-status notifications (optional, with your permission).

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the app: verify your identity, show nearby stores, process and deliver your orders, and send order-status notifications. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Service providers (third parties)

We use trusted service providers only to power specific features:

Twilio — to send the verification code (OTP) via SMS.
Google Maps — for location and delivery addresses.
Firebase (Google) — to deliver notifications.

Payments

The app does not collect any online payment data; payment is cash on delivery.

Data protection

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access tokens are stored securely on your device, and data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Your rights

You can edit your account details or delete your account from within the app. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed in line with applicable regulations.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page with an updated last-modified date.
